The double filters offer an economical solution for demanding filtration tasks - without compromising on quality and performance. Thanks to their efficient design, the initial investment costs can be significantly reduced, allowing you to make the most of your budget and benefit from an overall cost-effective implementation.
The filter systems are specially designed for continuous industrial use and reliably withstand even high loads and aggressive media. This significantly extends the service life of the system - in many cases even doubling it. At the same time, you reduce your total operating costs by up to 30 % and cut the disposal costs for old systems in half.
Thanks to the wide range of materials - from steel and stainless steel to glass fiber reinforced plastic - the filter systems can be adapted precisely to different media and environments. Whether aggressive chemicals, seawater or neutral applications: You always get the right solution without having to forego the advantages of the tried and tested filter system.

Differential pressure indicator for filter monitoring
The integrated differential pressure indicator continuously monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and indicates at an early stage when cleaning is required. This allows you to plan maintenance work in advance, avoid unexpected breakdowns and ensure long-term operation. Performance drops are detected in good time so that you can react quickly and reduce your maintenance costs in the long term.
Space-saving inline design (DF 20)
The DF 20 duplex filter impresses with its slimline inline design, which enables space-saving integration into existing piping systems. Thanks to its sophisticated design, the filter can be easily retrofitted - without the need for costly modifications to the system structure. This allows you to reliably safeguard your operation even in the event of maintenance or malfunctions, reduce unplanned downtime and cut downtime costs to a minimum.

Individually adaptable connections (DF 40)
The Duplex Filter DF 40 offers maximum flexibility: inlet and outlet flanges can be adapted to customer requirements. This simplifies integration into a wide range of system environments and reduces installation effort.
Filter element
The filter basket of the duplex filter consists of a perforated plate, with an additional wire mesh incorporated depending on the filter fineness. This makes both higher and lower degrees of fineness down to 10 microns possible.

Shut-off valve
A shut-off valve is used to separate the dirty filter from the flow so that it can be cleaned. The second filter is in filtration mode during cleaning.
