Single Filter 15
Compact solution with inline design
The Single Filter EF 15 separates particles efficiently using a reusable filter basket, enabling sustainable use. The compact inline design with opposing inlet and outlet flanges allows easy integration into existing industrial filtration systems and makes it ideal for tight installation spaces. Filtration must be briefly interrupted during maintenance, but can be minimized by using a replacement basket.

Versatile use for various media
The Single Filters EF 15 and EF 30 are highly versatile and suitable for filtering cooling, river, and seawater, process water, oils, and emulsions. They reliably remove contaminants, protect against mussel infestation, and support the cleaning of drinking and effluent water.

The filters protect plate heat exchangers, spray nozzles, piping systems, pumps, and microfiltration units from damage caused by particles and deposits. At the same time, they contribute to environmental protection by efficiently removing contaminants and extending the service life of technical systems.
High-efficiency filtration with fine particle sizes
Thanks to innovative filtration technology, fine filtration down to 10 microns is possible. This ensures particularly thorough media cleaning and prevents deposits in sensitive systems, reducing downtime and minimizing maintenance costs.
Filter element
The filter basket consists of a perforated plate, with an additional wire mesh incorporated depending on the filter fineness. This makes both higher and lower degrees of fineness down to 10 microns possible. The filter basket can optionally be designed with a magnetic insert.
Differential pressure indicator (EF 15)
The differential pressure indicator informs you about the current degree of contamination of the filter element. Upon reaching a predefined differential pressure between the filter inlet and outlet, a signal is triggered via an integrated switching contact on the differential pressure indicator. This signal can be routed to an external control room. The color of the optical display changes when the predefined differential pressure is reached.
