Description
Fully-automatic backwash filter without movable parts for filtration of
liquids.
The 1. filtration stage is designed as hydrocyclone in order to discharge
the filter-elements of the 2. filtration stage.
In the 1. filtration stage particles with high density are separated in
the hydrocyclone and settle in the lower conical housing. The pre-cleaned
liquid now enters the filter-elements where the particles smaller than
the inserted filter-fineness are separated. The cleaning is initiated
by opening the backwash valve - parallel to the filtration - without interruption
of the filtering process. The flushing is controlled either by a timer
and by differential pressure and free-adjustable.
